Past Incidents
Secure Access reports the details about an incident or scheduled maintenance on the platform for a twenty-four hour time period.
If an incident occurred, Secure Access displays the sequence of steps taken to resolve the incident on the platform. Secure Access also provides information about the scheduled maintenance on the platform.
Secure Access reports the history of an incident:

Investigating—The service event is under investigation.

In progress—The scheduled maintenance is in progress.

Scheduled—Secure Access is performing maintenance on the platform.

Completed—Secure Access has completed the scheduled maintenance.

Identified—The cause of the service event is known.

Update—An update of the state of the services.

Monitoring—Secure Access resolved the incident and is monitoring the platform services.

Resolved—The service event is resolved.
