Monitor File Submission Limits

If your licensing package limits the number of files that Secure Access can submit to Secure Malware Analytics, you should monitor file submission rates to ensure that potentially harmful files are analyzed.

To do this, sign into Secure Malware Analytics using the credentials you set up the first time you enabled Secure Malware Analytics in Secure Access.

The file limit applies to each rolling 24 hour period. At the end of the rolling 24 hour time period, the file quota is cleared and submissions start again—if the file limit is reached; otherwise, submissions continue unabated. To remove the limit, contact your account manager.
