Users Cannot Connect to Private Resources

  • Ensure that you have assigned the resource to the applicable connector group. For more information, see Assign Private Resources to a Connector Group.
  • Verify that all connectors in the group can reach the resource.
  • Check the status of the connector group that the resource is associated with: Navigate to Connect > Network Connections > Connector Groups and look at the Status column for the applicable connector group.
