How to Use the Cisco AI Assistant in Experience Insights

On the Experience Insights Home page, click AI Insights.

Select one of the three cards to launch the AI Assistant. Each card—Device Latency, Unhealthy Regions, and Low-performing SaaS Applications—highlights potential performance issues in your environment, as identified by ThousandEyes endpoint agents.

Based on your selected card, the Cisco Assistant displays an answer to the most common pre-populated question and suggests additional prompts for further exploration.

Limitations

  • Cisco Assistant cannot identify devices by username. Use the device name or the OS username of the signed-in user.
  • Cisco Assistant does not have access to historical data; responses reflect the latest information only.
