Bulk Delete Labels

To bulk delete labels, identify the unused items that are not used by policies, scopes, or clusters.

Procedure

From the navigation pane, choose Organize > Label Management.

  • Click the All tab to view all the user-defined labels.


     

    By default, the check boxes for labels that are assigned to policies, configurations, and clusters are disabled.

  • Click the Unused tab to view the labels that are not in use.

  • To search for labels over a certain period of time, choose the corresponding duration from the drop-down list:

    • Anytime

    • Unused for a week

    • Unused for a month

    • Unused for 3 months

    • Unused for 6 months

Enable the Delete button (under the Action column) adjacent to the labels that you want to delete.

Select the check boxes adjacent to the labels that you wish to delete.


 
By default, the Delete button is disabled.

Click Delete adjacent to the User Defined Label Upload, and review the list of labels to be deleted.

Click Delete to confirm.

You can delete only those lables that are selected.
