Bulk Delete Inventory Filters

To delete inventory filters in bulk, identify the items that are not:

  • a default filter

  • used in any of the policies or configurations

Procedure

From the navigation pane, choose Organize > Inventory Filters.

  • Click the All tab to display the filters under the Inventory Filters page.


     

    By default, the checkboxes for default filters and the filters that are assigned to policies and configurations are disabled.

  • Click the Unused tab to view the filters that are not used for a certain duration of time.

  • For the unused filters, select a time duration from the dropdown list:

    • Anytime

    • Unused for a week

    • Unused for a month

    • Unused for 3 months

    • Unused for 6 months

Enable the Delete button (under the Action column) for the filters that you wish to delete.

Select the check boxes for the filters that you wish to delete.


 
By default, the Delete button is disabled.

Click the Delete button next to the Create Filter button. Review the list of filters that will be deleted.

Click Delete to confirm.


 
At a time, you can delete only those filters selected on a page.
