Enroll RADKit Service

You can enroll the RADKit service with SSO, which establishes connectivity with the RADKit client.

Before you begin

If you intend to use HTTP proxy, configure the proxy in the management center before enabling the RADKit service for sucessful enrolment of the service.

Procedure

1

Choose Devices > Troubleshoot > Remote Diagnostics.

2

To enroll the service in the RADKit cloud, click the Enable the RADKit service toggle button, and then click Enroll with SSO.

3

Enter your email address (with domain name), and click Submit.

You cannot enroll multiple times within a short period using the same email ID. Each time that you enroll, a new certificate is generated for the email ID account. Creating multiple certificates for the same user account is not efficient. Hence, RADKit Cloud restricts the number of issued certificates per user to 12 new Service IDs for a six-month duration.

4

Complete the SSO process.

5

In the Cisco RADKit Access page, click Accept.

After enrollment, the page displays the success message and the token ID.
6

(Optional) To disable the service, click the Disable the RADKit service toggle button.

When you disable the service, all the associated data and existing authorizations will be lost.
