Opening a Ticket for Configuration Changes
Before you can make changes within a ticket, you must open the ticket.
If you have another ticket open, the system puts it on hold (closes it) for you before opening the new one.

On the Tickets tab, click Open ( |

Optionally, enter a comment for the action. |

Click Open. You can now start your configuration changes. The name of the Ticket icon changes to the name of the open ticket. |
