Enable Sudo Access for Devices

When you provide sudo device access, regular users can have administrative rights to the devices. Irrespective of the user role, when you enable sudo access for a device, all the users of the device can enjoy this privilege.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have added the required devices in the Firewall Management Center.

Procedure

Choose Devices > Troubleshoot > Remote Diagnostics.

To enable sudo access to devices, click the Device Sudo Access tab.

The devices deployed in the Firewall Management Center and the Firewall Management Center are listed.

To enable sudo access for a device, click the respective toggle button under Sudo Status.

(Optional) For bulk action, check the check boxes adjacent to the devices, and click Enable.

(Optional) To disable sudo access, click the respective toggle button under Sudo Status.
