Reset User Password

Organization administrators can reset the password for users that belong to a verified email domain.

Procedure

In the Security Cloud Control platform menu, choose Platform Services > Platform Management.

Choose Access Management > Administrator Access.

In the Administrators page, select Current accounts from the drop-down list.

Locate the user whose password you want to reset and click the three-dot menu icon ().

In the drop-down menu, click Reset password.

When prompted to confirm, click Reset password.

On the next sign-in, that user is prompted to reset the password.
