View or Find Users

The Administrators page provides a filter to selectively display users depending on their status—active, pending activation, or disabled. It also provides a search bar to find a user based on the type, status, or name

Follow these steps to view or find users:

In the Security Cloud Control platform menu, choose Platform Services > Platform Management.

Choose Access Management > Administrator Access.

By default, the Current Accounts filter shows all active users, displaying their name, type, and status.

Select Pending Invitations from the drop-down list to see users awaiting account activation.

At this stage, a user can either be in Staged or Provisioned status.

Select Current Accounts from the drop-down list to view the list of active users in your organization.

If a user has requested a password reset, the user account is set to a Recovery state.

Select Disabled Accounts tab to see the list of users whose accounts have been locked out or suspended.

If a user is in the Locked out or Enterprise disabled state, the administrator must restore user access. A user in the Suspended or Deprovisioned state cannot access the organization.
