Managing Products and Subscriptions View Product Subscription Details

View Product Subscription Details

After you have claimed a subscription, the Platform Management > Product Subscriptions > Subscriptions page displays the details of each subscription, including the product instances that have been claimed and activated within your organization.

Subscription Identifier (Subscription ID) is a unique identifier that is assigned to your subscription and its underlying products. All products you claim under a subscription are associated with this Subscription ID.

You can view the details of each subscription as a list under its Subscription ID.

Products: Specifies the names of product instances that are purchased on your subscription.
End Date: Indicates the projected end date when the subscription is set to reach the end of its term. This date may change if the subscription is updated. Contact Cisco Technical Support to obtain the definitive end date for your subscription.
Entitlements: Provides the specific entitlement quantities that are included in your subscription.
Region: Specifies the deployment region of the product instance which is aligned with the preferred region for the organization.
Status: Specifies the activation status of the product instance. A product is either in the Activated or Inactive state.
To view the identifier of the product instance (Instance ID), click the three-dot menu () next to the product and select View Details.
