The "Give Feedback" tool in Security Cloud Control is designed to gather your insights and opinions so that we can enhance the platform and its features. This tool allows you to share your experiences, whether related to the ease of use, the effectiveness of specific features, or suggestions for improvement.

It’s important to note that the Give Feedback tool is not intended for real-time customer support. For assistance with technical issues or immediate concerns, users should contact Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC).

By using the Give Feedback tool, you can play an active role in shaping the future of Security Cloud Control. Your input is invaluable in helping the development team improve the platform’s usability and functionality.

This is how to give us your feedback:

Procedure

1	Click the blue Give Feedback button located on the right side of the Security Cloud Control interface.
2	Use the free text field to type your feedback. Provide details to ensure your input is clear and actionable.
3	Select from the list the product your feedback pertains to. If your feedback is about a general platform feature (e.g., creating a user or claiming a subscription), choose Platform Services.
4	Once you’ve completed your feedback, click Next.
5	If you’d like the team to contact you about your feedback, check the box to allow follow-up communication and provide your email address.
6	Click Submit to finalize and send your feedback.
