Reset Multifactor Authentication Settings
If your organization uses Duo MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) to authenticate with Security Cloud Sign On, you can reset a user's Duo MFA settings. Resetting deletes the MFA credentials of the user and allows the user to set up new authentication factors and credentials.

Click Reset MFA in the confirmation dialog box. On the next sign-in, that user is prompted to set up the Duo MFA credentials and authentication factors. |
