Assign Roles to a User

An organization administrator assigns roles to users.

Procedure

In the Security Cloud Control platform menu, choose Platform Services > Platform Management.

Navigate to Access Management > Administrator Access.

In the Administrators page, select Current Accounts from the drop-down list.

Click the display name of the user.

Resulting page displays user details such as assigned admin roles and admin groups.

Click Assign roles.

In the Assign Roles slide-in pane:

  1. From the Product or service drop-down list, choose a product.

  2. From the Roles drop-down list, choose one or more roles to assign.

    Click +Assign another role to add more roles for the user.


 

A user can be assigned multiple roles for a given product.

Click Assign roles.

The selected product roles are assigned to the corresponding users.
