Cisco Support Access to your Organization

To help the support team diagnose and debug issues more effectively, you can grant the team temporary access to your organiztion. This only grants the support team the platform admin role to view and modify the platform management settings, it will not give them product roles and the ability to view or edit individual product settings. This access is automatically revoked after a specified duration, and can also be disabled anytime after it is no longer needed.
