Upgrade to Secure Access - DNS Defense
Before you begin
Policies created in Umbrella post transition will not be synced to Secure Access. If you need to start over, all Secure Access internet rules will be overwritten as well as traffic redirected. See Getting Started with Internet Access Policy for the new policy components mapping.
Procedure

Click Upgrade to begin. Do not exit the page during the upgrade.
All changes will be lost and must restart from the beginning. The upgrade time depends on
the number of policies that are copied over from Umbrella to Secure Access. |

Upgrade Success appears once the upgrade is complete. Your new Secure Access organization has been successfully generated.

Click View rules in Secure Access to navigate to your new Secure Access dashboard, or click Next to go to Redirect Traffic. Secure Access shortcut appears in the left-hand navigation next time you login to
Umbrella.
Check that your Umbrella policies have copied over as rules in Secure Access. To learn
more about the new mapping, see Internet Access
