Prerequisites Update Chromebooks

Update Chromebooks

Ensure that all Chromebook Operating Systems and Chromebook clients are updated. Google is responsible for updating the software in Chromebooks. When Cisco updates the Cisco Security for Chromebook client in the Chrome Web Store, the upgrade is automatically pushed by Google to all the Chromebooks. This process can take several hours. See Chromebook Client FAQs for more information.

Update Chromebook Operating Systems to version 122 or above.
Update Cisco Security for Chromebook client to 2.1.1 or above.
