Subscription Levels

Access to AI Defense capabilties depends on the subscription, or license, that you choose. The available subscription levels are:

• AI Runtime Essentials: For teams that want to ensure the safety of AI application users and the security of their LLMs and data, the AI Runtime Essentials license provides:

  • AI runtime protection for real-time monitoring and control of user interaction with your AI models and third-party models

• AI Validation Essentials: For teams that develop or offer AI models, AI Validation Essentials provides:

  • AI model validation to ensure that each AI model meets required safety and security standards; and

  • AI asset discovery with Multicloud Defense

• AI Advantage: All the tools for securing both models in active use and models that you’re developing or using in your applications:

  • AI runtime protection for real-time monitoring and control of user interaction with your AI models and third-party models;

  • AI model validation to ensure that each AI model meets required safety and security standards; and

  • AI asset discovery with Multicloud Defense

In a single AI Defense deployment, you may purchase and claim multiple AI Defense subscriptions (like, for example, Cisco AI Defense Validation Essentials along with Cisco AI Defense Advantage). All activated licenses will take effect and provide the associated usage rights, but the Subscriptions page will show the name of only one of the activated AI Defense subscriptions.
