Resolve the Not Synced Status
Use the following procedure to resolve a device with a "Not Synced" Configuration Status:

In the navigation bar, click .

Click the Devices tab to locate the device or the Templates tab to locate the model device. |

Click the appropriate device type tab. |

Select the device reported as Not Synced. |
