Write a Device Note
Use this procedure to create a single, plain-text, note file for a device.
Procedure

In the left pane, click . |

Click the Devices tab to locate the device or the Templates tab to locate the model device. |

Click the appropriate device type tab. |
| 4 |
Select the device or model you want to create a note for. |
| 5 |
In the Management pane on the right, click Notes. |
| 6 |
Click the editor button on the right and select the Default text editor, Vim, or Emacs text editors. |

Edit the Notes page. |
| 8 |
Click Save. The note is saved in the tab.
