This functionality is particularly valuable for mobile workers\r\n      who need to connect from home networks or public Wi-Fi environments.</p>\r\n<p class=\"p\">You can enable persistent remote access in your VPN profiles with the <span class=\"ph uicontrol\">Always On</span> option.</p>\r\n<p class=\"p\">Key features of Always On:<ul class=\"ul\">\r\n<li class=\"li\">\r\n<strong class=\"ph b\">Automatic connection:</strong> AnyConnect automatically connects to the VPN when the user\r\n          logs in to their computer.</li>\r\n<li class=\"li\">\r\n<strong class=\"ph b\">Policy enforcement:</strong> Protects the computer from security threats by preventing\r\n          access to Internet resources when not connected to a trusted network.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</p>\r\n<p class=\"p\">Important considerations when using Always On:<ul class=\"ul\">\r\n<li class=\"li\">\r\n<strong class=\"ph b\">Digital certificates:</strong> We recommend purchasing a digital certificate from a\r\n          certificate authority and enrolling it on secure gateways.</li>\r\n<li class=\"li\">\r\n<strong class=\"ph b\">User login requirement:</strong> If Always On is enabled but the user does not log on, the\r\n          AnyConnect VPN connection will not be established.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</p>\r\n<p class=\"p\">The <strong class=\"ph b\">Allow VPN Disconnect</strong> feature accompanies Always On functionality, providing users\r\n      with the flexibility to disconnect from their current VPN session when needed.
